Our commitment
The foundation is committed to protecting children and adults at risk from abuse, exploitation, neglect, harassment and avoidable harm. Dignity and safety must shape programme design, imagery, storytelling and conduct.
People and partners
Appropriate recruitment, screening, codes of conduct, training, supervision and reporting procedures will be required for staff, trustees, volunteers, mentors, trainers and delivery partners.
Images and stories
Informed consent, privacy, cultural respect and the best interests of beneficiaries will guide all photography and storytelling. Images must never degrade people or exploit vulnerability.
Reporting concerns
A named safeguarding lead, confidential reporting channel and escalation process must be approved and published before programme delivery. These details have not yet been supplied.
